of a lifetime.
As a first step, we invite you to click here to complete our online questionnaire to see if you are eligible to become a NewGen Families surrogate.
Your initial phone call will be with Amanda, our Surrogacy Program Director. This is where you get to know us and ask questions about the process.
This takes place via a video call with Amanda and involves her getting to know you and sharing insights from her own surrogacy journeys.
We then ask you to complete a detailed intake form, including medical history, so we can determine if a surrogacy journey is right for you.
We request a list of homework items from you, and also, your medical records from providers.
Our team will work with you to determine your benefits package which includes the following:
- Base Compensation: Our base compensation begins at $45,000 and upwards. This is divided into equal payments throughout the pregnancy
- Bonuses: We offer a combined $5,000 bonus for medical and legal clearance, monthly stipends, along with allowances for maternity clothing and counseling
- Travel Expenses: Expenses are reimbursed when travel is required
- Medical Procedures: Additional compensation is offered for embryo transfers and invasive procedures (if required)
- Pamper Package: Allowance for wellness activities in the third trimester
- You will be connected with a licensed Mental Health Professional (MHP) for (2) hour appointment. The first hour is devoted to a clinical interview and the second hour for the completion of an online psychological assessment inventory, the PAI. The Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) is a multiscale, self-administered questionnaire designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of client personality and psychopathology.
- You will need a primary support person to join a portion of your clinical interview. If you are married or have a significant other, this must be your spouse or partner.
- We conduct a background check via Goodhire for you, your spouse/partner or anyone that resides with you over the age of 18.
- Our team will assist you with the creation of your surrogate profile.
- Your existing health insurance is reviewed to determine if it’s surrogacy-friendly. If not, we arrange for a separate policy to be purchased for you.
- You will have the opportunity to review intended parent profiles and decide who you would like to do a match call with.

have their blood drawn and also analyzed but that can be completed locally to you.
